Care Instructions

To keep your Fresche Top soft, smooth and long-lasting:

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle (30°C or lower) 

Use mild, eco-friendly detergent

Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

Wash separately preferably in a wash bag

Line dry when possible in the shade

Avoid tumble drying but if you must, use a delicate, low heat cycle

Cool iron only if needed - bamboo lyocell wrinkles less!

Do not dry clean

Bamboo lyocell gets softer with every wash — just handle it with care, and it will keep you cool and comfortable and fresche for years to come.

Orders over $95 receive complimentary standard shipping. For orders under $95, standard shipping is just $15. Need it sooner? Choose our express delivery for a flat $25 and enjoy the added convenience of faster shipping.

Standard Returns and Exchanges 

Items not covered by our Trial can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and unwashed. You can choose a refund or store credit — just note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a $15 processing fee will be deducted from refunds. Returns made between 30 and 60 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.
