Like so many women in peri- and menopause, I found myself waking up in sweaty PJs, kicking off the covers, and wondering when restful sleep suddenly became so impossible. It didn’t take long to realise I wasn’t alone. Friends were sharing the same stories - hot flushes, night sweats, restless nights, and waking up to drenched pillowcases and pyjamas.
 

That’s what inspired me to create Fresche. A name borrowed from my Italian family’s nickname, meaning “fresh”. Fresche is for women who want daywear, sleepwear and bedding that cools, comforts, and helps them feel like themselves again.
 

We’re not reinventing the wheel,  we’re rethinking how fabric should feel. Cooling, breathable and thoughtfully designed that work with your body, not against it.
 

Our range is seriously cooling...almost magic in how it can help you reclaim rest. Less tossing. Less overheating. More of that cool, calm, collected feeling you’ve been missing. Same goes for the daywear. It will help you feel confident in any situation especially when the heat is on
