What is the 60-Day Guarantee?

At Fresche, we believe true comfort speaks for itself—and we’re confident you’ll fall in love with your new Bamboo Lyocell purchases. That’s why we offer our 60-Day Guarantee on your first purchase of any full-priced Fresche product (excluding final sale items).

Wear it, sleep in it, wash it, and enjoy it as you normally would. If, within 60 days, you’re not completely in love, simply return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Your comfort, confidence, and peace of mind mean everything to us. We’re here to make sure your Fresche experience feels as fresh, breathable, and luxurious as the products themselves.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Absolutely! We deliver Fresche products to every corner of Australia. Whether you’re in a bustling city or a remote town, your order will arrive right at your door. All orders are packed with care and dispatched quickly, so you can start enjoying your Bamboo Lyocell bedding and sleepwear as soon as possible.

Can I return items not included in the 60-Day Guarantee?

Yes — unused, unwashed items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a refund or store credit (shipping fees are non-refundable; a $10 processing fee applies). Returns between 30–60 days are eligible for store credit only.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $95. For orders under $95, standard shipping is a flat $15.

Fabric Care

How do I wash my Fresche products?

To keep your Fresche products soft, smooth, and long-lasting:

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle (30°C or lower)
Use mild, eco-friendly detergent
Avoid bleach & fabric softeners
Wash separately, inside-out preferably in a wash bag
Line dry in the shade where possible
Avoid tumble drying but if you must, a delicate, low heat cycle
Cool iron only if needed - Bamboo Lyocell wrinkles less!

Do they shrink?

Our high-quality Bamboo Lyocell is naturally stable, so any shrinkage after the first wash is minimal, typically less than 3–5%. To keep the perfect fit, follow our washing recommendations to preserve their silky feel and shape for years.

Is pilling normal for Bamboo Lyocell products?

Light pilling can naturally occur with soft, breathable fibres like bamboo — especially in the first few washes as loose fibres settle. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle, avoiding harsh detergents or fabric softeners, and line drying in the shade where possible. If you can pop them in a laundry wash bag - even better! With the right care, your fresche products will stay soft, smooth and pill-free for years.

Can I iron them or put them in the dryer?

Yes — but with care. Bamboo Lyocell responds best to air drying where possible. You can tumble dry on a cool, delicate setting if needed. If you’d like to iron, use a low temperature and avoid high heat, which can weaken the fabric over time.

What is the thread count of your bedding?

We’ve chosen an optimal 300 thread count sateen weave for our 100% Bamboo Lyocell bedding — silky-soft, light, and made to last.

Why not higher? Because quality matters more than numbers.
It’s not about cramming in threads — it’s about using premium fibres and the right weave. Our 300 TC Bamboo Lyocell feels softer than 1000 TC cotton and far lighter than bamboo viscose or rayon.
